Yes, a very interesting project. Many haijin find and will find their verses translated and published there. Hopefully nobody minds that no one has asked for permission.

A good point, Ralf. It looks as though these poems have been harvested from this blog.
Essentially, so long as I am credited, I don't mind being translated or republished (I won't deny that I am flattered). I can't vouch for the accuracy of the translations, though.
The problem for me is that distant lightning poems are generally first drafts. As most journals do not consider published on a weblog as published, but on a static website as published, I would rather the translator had contacted me to discuss what could or couldn't be translated first.
I also notice a concrete poem has been translated (unpublished elsewhere) that would have needed presenting more carefully.
